PROFILE OF CEO 

Stephen is an astute businessman, who has over the years gather the wealth of knowledge and vast experience in Mining and trading of precious and semi-precious Minerals and Metals, Construction and Real Estate Industry, Oil and Gas, Commodity trading and Civil Engineering. 

A product of the University of Mines, Tarkwa where he studied Electronic Engineering and later pursue professional program at Ghana Institute of Management and Pubic Administration (GIMPA ) to obtained Certificate in Budgeting and Financial Planning and Management, International Relations and Diplomacy, Law and Governance and Information Communication and Technology.

 An excellent team leader with good interpersonal relationship skills, very innovative, forecast, confident, success driven and goal oriented leader.

Prior to Architella Holdings and Smart Africa Investments Ltd which he founded, Stephen held the position as a board member and Director of Finance for Maxlife Capital. He also has wide experience with M&C Logistics &Trading Ltd; a company specialized in Mining, Solid mineral trading and Marketing. 

Apart from his Intelligence and broad knowledge in the Mining sector, he has consulted for several Companies especially in the Mining, Construction and Real Estate. Stephen as a consultant has helped Company CEOs build businesses and provided platforms for many businesses to get investors; he believes this would provide him with a gateway to help solve socio- economic problems in Africa and the world at large.
